We need a spark of hope now more than ever.

In a world of racial and political divide, Literacy Movement 4 More is proud to host a Movement 4 More– an event to build bridges through the universal language of music. A unique blend of music and storytelling, the concert will showcase accomplished musicians, university & Boston Public School students, and adults who care. Our mission is to use the power of storytelling to uplift and point us to a more inclusive and positive future, where people from marginalized backgrounds are included and valued for their contributions to society. 100% of the proceeds will go to this mission.

Our Headliners

Dana Masters

Born & raised in the deep south, Dana Masters comes from a family deeply involved with the American Civil Rights Movement. After leaving home at the age of 17 to pursue a life in music, Dana transcends divisions by poignantly telling human stories through music.

Mary Fahl

American singer, songwriter, and actress Mary Fahl comes to us after her recent release of “Can’t Get It Out of My Head” about songs that shaped us decades ago, yet still impact us today. You will leave the event with a heart full of hope and ready to “defy gravity with both feet on the ground”!
